 FAQs

  • You’ll need to be able to swim 25m on your own and feel confident jumping into the water. You might go under the water and will need to pull yourself back up onto the obstacles. Our lifeguards are on hand for safety and may refuse entry if they think it’s not safe.

  • Children aged 8–18: Can participate with adult supervision

    18+: No supervision needed

  • There is a minimum height of 1.2m and a maximum weight of 120kg permitted on the Aqua Climb.

  • Check your booked session time and aim to arrive at least 30 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, complete waivers, and get ready. The safety briefing starts 10 minutes before your session — and we can’t extend your time if you’re late.

  • We ask all participants to wear shoes on the Aqua Climb. The activity price includes wetsuits, helmets and life jackets and are provided once you have checked in at reception. Wetsuits are optional but shoes, life jackets and helmets are compulsory.

  • Wetsuits and life jackets are included in the price. Life jackets are compulsory and must be the ones provided by Curve Water Sports. Wetsuits are optional unless the water is below 16°C

  • No Glasses: Regular glasses are not permitted on the Aqua Climb — please bring goggles with lenses if needed.

    Jewellery: All jewellery must be removed before your activity, this includes earrings and piercings so please leave them at home or in a safe place before your session.

    Shoes: Trainers or water shoes are required. Flip-flops, sandals or crocs are not permitted.

Parties & Groups

Looking for a fun group day out? Our Aqua Climb is perfect for kids’ parties, Stag and Hen dos, team-building days, or just a great day out with friends. With a maximum capacity of 25 people, it’s ideal for private hire — but bigger groups are welcome too, and we can tailor a package to suit you.

Schools love visiting Curve Water Sports for outdoor learning that’s fun, safe, and challenging.

We can cater for any group size, with lots of activities on site including the Aqua Park, Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Wakeboarding, and Ringo rides. Let us create the perfect day for your group!
